Dorian DeMichele, who plays the ruthless yet seductive
Jacqueline, is incredible. I didn't know if I wanted
to boo her or woo her!
-Jack Aimone, Film Critic, NYC

"... the film's highlight is Karly's boss, played wickedly by
Dorian DeMichele."
- Mathilda Besson, Talk Back to the Leading Ladies
—
"... and don't miss Dorian DeMichele as Karly's unscrupulous boss. A must see."

Theater Reviews:
Statues From The Fountain
Ms. DeMichele imbued it with a good deal of life and
cleverness. Her tribute to Miles Davis was
particularly good, performed with live music
accompaniment. "You don't have to play jazz to play
life like it," she tosses off as a contemporary jazz
punker. In another piece, "Jaded," she reveals a new
kind of American Express card beyond Gold and
Platinum: the Trump card. Good Stuff.
- Jonathan Abarbanel, Stages Magazine, Chicago
Having presented more than 100 plays in New York
since 1959, I have seen and employed many writers and
performers. Ms. DeMichele posesses unquestioned talent
as a performer and writer - I saw her one-woman show
in New York and was strongly impressed with her
abilities.

Against My Will
Chosen with skillful tenderness, the words become so
strong that during the piece, the audience develops a
sense of intimacy with this woman who wakes up "not to
smell the coffee, but make the coffee." Angel face,
perfect accent, sweet voice, and yet everybody is
sitting at the edge of their own chairs as her perfect
world seems to be at the brink.
Dorian DeMichele is a star as Alice. Her mannerisms
are excellent and her silly ways are hilarious. Cute,
coy, agressive, curious, sad, playful - hers is
certainly a memorable portrayal.

The Big Plan Nine
DeMichele's torchy song, "Paula's Flying Academy"
was the highlight of the show. DeMichele has a
powerful voice and plays the part of the loving, but
somewhat dim wife, perfectly.
